In order to take advantage of the latest features provided for your PalmScan device, download the applicable file from the tables below. Please make sure to read and carefully follow the download instructions in order to prevent loss of your data. It is absolutely critical that you download the correct software version to your handheld device. Not doing so will cause permanent loss of your data. The simple rule you must follow is that you must update in the same family of updates. For example, if your device's current software version is 1.1.49, you want to update to the version available in the 1.1.xx family and not to 1.2.xx family. Check the PalmScan software version by entering the PalmScan application on the handheld unit. In the PalmScan software's "Main Page", click on the upper-left corner of the screen. Software Update for Archiving Bug Fix MMD would like to inform it's customers of the availability of a software fix for a potential PalmScan archiving software bug that has been identified and resolved. This archiving software bug affects the speed of units when displaying the list of patient names and records when the size of patient list grows beyond a certain threshold. This issue was identified on units that were shipped prior to April 17th 2007. If your PalmScan device has shown these symptoms please follow the instructions below to resolve this condition.
