Installation guide for Archiving Software fix (AP2000, A2000, P2000)
* Follow this procedure only if you have installed the PalmScan Desktop software
on a Window's PC system and you have been synchronizing your handheld data to
it. 1) Check the version number of Software
Check the software version number to make sure it is the one you expect. Software version is displayed during Self-Test operation. You can also check the software version by entering the PalmScan application on the handheld. In the software's "Main Page", click on 'Main' in the upper-left hand corner of the screen. This will show you the 'Options' Menu. Select 'About' to view the software version.

Exit the HotSync Manager Click on the HotSync icon in the status bar located on the bottom right corner of the screen and select on "Exit".
4) Click and download the new PalmScan.Conduit.dll file to same directory as in step 3.

Archive Non-Active Patients

Restart HotSync Manager from the Start Menu

Perform HotSync |
